EAMONN Holmes kicked up a stink when his wife, Ruth Langsford, was given odds of 66/1 to win Strictly before the series started.

So perhaps it’s best he doesn’t pop into William Hill to have a flutter, because the bookies have now dropped Ruth down to 100/1 to win the show.

Eamonn had said of the earlier – better – odds: “All I can say is that whoever dreamt up that price obviously has never seen her bottom twerking on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway!”
