Pink ecstasy pills ‘deadly’

POLICE have issued a warning over a batch of “super-strength” ecstasy after three students fell ill.

The two men and one woman are in hospital after taking the pink rectangular shaped pills at Preston’s 53 Degrees club.

Officers tweeted to avoid the drugs that had been “linked to deaths in Greater Manchester”.
