NEVADA has some of the most relaxed gun laws in America, and the state cashes in heavily on machine gun tourism.

You do not need a licence to buy a gun, nor must you register the weapon, and there is no limit to the number of guns you can buy at a time. A concealed handgun permit will be issued to anyone who meets the criteria.

You must undergo background checks through a licenced dealer before you buy a gun. Felons, drug users, and the mentally ill are prohibited from buying firearms.
