‘It’s a breakdown.. man up’

-

TORIES are in the grip of a “nervous breakdown”, their Scottish leader Ruth Davidson said.

When fringe event activists asked her to save the party, she hit back: “I don’t think the party needs saving. It needs to get over its nervous breakdown and man up.”

Ms Davidson tempered her swipe at Theresa May by saying being Prime Minister “looks the loneliest job”. But she did not rule out a future bid for No10.

Ms Davidson called for a Brexit deal that would not harm Britain. She called Jeremy Corbyn a “threat to the Union” and said “I’m 38, I think I can outlast him.”
