1st skydive at 89 nets £1.5k

A MAN of 89 raised £1,500 for terminally ill kids by making his first skydive.

Stan Full was in freefall at 125mph for 60 seconds at Old Sarum Airfield in Salisbury, Wilts, to support Naomi House.

The great-grandfather, of Andover, Hants, said: “I had always wanted to do a skydive and this was such a worthy and good cause.

“It was brilliant. It was the softest landing you can imagine. I am so pleased how much money I have raised for Naomi House.”
