Christmas Eve won’t be a silent night now..

AS a lad, my main Christmas present was always a football game like Subbuteo or Waddington’s Table Soccer.

Now, thanks to Sky Sports wanting to rearrange matches so they can be televised live at tea-time on Christmas Eve – making the trip for away fans as easy as getting back from Minsk – we have a new festive game available to children of loyal football fans.

Guessing if the sound of someone entering your house at 4am and throwing back the drink by the fireplace is Santa Claus (left), or your parent finally getting home.
