Non-smoker dad, 33, lung cancer blow
A FIT dad aged just 33 has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer despite never smoking.
Gym fanatic Zak Gleeson got the shock news after consulting a doctor about back pain.
Friends said Zak had always eaten healthily and played football every week.
He has just begun a twomonth course of chemotherapy but told medics he does not want to know how long he has left.
Zak, of Torquay, Devon, is now too ill to do his job as a kitchen fitter.
But he remains devoted to partner Lois and daughter Layla-Mae, who celebrated her first birthday last month.
Pal Dave Kendall, who has raised £20,000 with a fund-raising drive, said: “He has never complained.”
