BLOOMING Kate chatting to guests WITH her tiny bump just visible, the Duchess of Cambridge appears in public for the first time since August.
Despite suffering from severe morning sickness as she expects her third child, Kate, 35, looked radiant in a Temperley dress when she joined Princes William and Harry at last night’s Buckingham Palace reception to honour mental health campaigners.
A royal aide said: “She is delighted to be able to be here tonight.”
