‘Groper’ apologises on tape

WEINSTEIN was recorded apologising for groping a model during a police wire sting, it was reported yesterday.

Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, 24, worked with the NYPD in 2015 after accusing the film mogul of molesting her in his office the day before. In the tape, she is heard resisting a man, said to be Weinstein, as he attempts to lure her into his hotel room.

He tells her he “won’t do it again” after being asked about the alleged groping. Prosecutors dropped the case and Weinstein denied the claim. GUTIERREZ: Why yesterday you touch my breast? WEINSTEIN: Oh, please. I’m sorry. Just come on in. I’m used to that. GUTIERREZ: You’re used to that? WEINSTEIN: Yes, come in. GUTIERREZ: No, but I’m not used to that. WEINSTEIN: I won’t do it again.
