Woman held over bike lad shot in head
A WOMAN was arrested on suspicion of murder after a teenager was shot in the head while riding pillion on a motorbike.
The 29-year-old was being questioned over the death of James Meadows, 17, last night.
He was gunned down in the attack in Huyton, on Merseyside, on Sunday and died later hospital from his head injuries.
Flowers were left at the scene and tributes were paid on social media, with one friend saying: “You always went out the way to say hi. You always made sure my kids were ok top man rest in paradise.”
Police confirmed: “The woman, from Knowsley, has been taken to a police station in Merseyside to be interviewed.”
