Kyrgios low in Shanghai

-

NICK KYRGIOS has apologised for another shameful exit from the Shanghai Masters.

Kyrgios was banned and fined last year after tanking his opening match against Mischa Zverev.

This time the Aussie bad boy stormed off after losing a first-set tie-break to American Steve Johnson and was booed as he left the court. The world No. 21, who reached the final of the China Open on Sunday, later claimed he had a stomach bug.

Britain’s Kyle Edmund was beaten 6-3 7-6 by fourth seed Marin Cilic.
