SEX SCANDAL: KATE’S AGONY
Mogul says: I gotta get help & flies off for rehab
HARVEY Weinstein checked into rehab for treatment for sex addiction yesterday.
As he left he told reporters: “I gotta get help, guys. We all make mistakes... second chance, I hope.”
He added: “I’m hanging in, I’m trying my best. I’m not doing OK but I’m trying.”
Earlier police were called to the Los Angeles home of his daughter, Remy Lily, 22, who dialled 911 to say her father was “suicidal and depressed”.
Remy, pictured below, was reported to have had a bust-up with him that spilled into the street. He yelled at her: “You’re making it worse.”
LOYAL
And in a bizarre shot at the Hollywood actresses who spoke out, Weinstein told the paparazzi: “I’ve always been loyal to you guys, not like those f ****** p **** s that treat you like s***.”
The movie mogul flew off by private jet and was last night believed to be in The Meadows, a £30,000-a-month rehab facility in Arizona.
It is the same centre where golf legend Tiger Woods sought treatment for painkiller addiction earlier this year.
The Meadows offers a 45-day inpatient programme for sex addiction and behavioural issues.
It also has therapies for alcohol addiction, depression, eating disorders and posttraumatic stress disorder.
Among its treatments are intensive counselling, meditation, yoga and equine and art therapy.
