This is the technical term for longsighte­dness and it can affect people in different ways. If you’re long-sighted, you may find that nearby objects are fuzzy and out of focus, but distant objects are clear. You may have to squint to see clearly or suffer from tired or strained eyes after activities that involve focusing on close objects, such as reading, writing or computer work. It may even give you headaches.

If you get any of these symptoms you should book an eye test with your optician.
