PREMIER LEAGUE big guns Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal are tracking Barcelona starlet Abel Ruiz. The striker is regarded as one of Spain’s top prospects and has been playing for his country in the Under-17s World Cup. But the 17-year-old (left), who has been playing for Barcelona B, has a £3million buy-out on his contract which expires in 2019. Barca have been keen to renegotiate to stop him leaving on the cheap. But Arsenal and Chelsea have sounded out Ruiz’s representatives, while City are also watching developments. Ruiz wants to stay but has expressed fears he may not get a first-team chance at the Nou Camp.
