Couple avoid jail for sex in a pizza shop
A COUPLE who had sex in a pizza shop were “close to being jailed”, a magistrate has told them.
Daniella Hirst and Craig Smith’s romp in Domino’s Pizza last February was caught on CCTV.
A court saw a clip of the pair having sex against a counter as staff worked on.
Hirst, 29, and Smith, 31, of Bridlington, East Yorks, ordered food before she performed a sex act.
They then had full sex in the shop in Scarborough.
Police were alerted after staff put footage online.
Hirst admitted outraging public decency last month. Smith was convicted by magistrates yesterday of the same offence.
They both got community orders and were told to pay £85 surcharges.
