Ford has just given the green light for the production of the new EcoSport compact crossover. The previous EcoSport, which was a particularly poor product, was built in India whereas the new one is built in a factory in Romania. Ford says the move will help the company respond to customer needs, but I suspect the real reason is to improve quality. The new EcoSport range kicks off from £16,845.
