You’d be forgiven for never having heard of Cello, but the manufacturer is born and bred in the UK.

It’s proud of its British heritage, with each screen being designed and built right here in Blighty. The new Platinum range places emphasis on sound and design with thin silver bezels and an incorporated soundbar at the base.

The range starts at 32-inches and goes all the way up to 65, but our pick is the 4K ready 55-inch model that comes with attachable feet but can (and should) be wallmounted.

The set is equipped with Android Smart and is wi-fi compatible so you can get up and running with apps like Netflix and YouTube straight away. The LED screen isn’t as impressive as OLED counterparts, but the friendly price tag and thumping sound make this a piece of tech you’d be proud to have in your living room.
