Peterson’s pick-me-up

-

ADRIAN PETERSON has found a new lease of life since being cast aside by New Orleans two weeks ago.

The Saints handed Peterson a two-year deal but after four games, he had just 81 yards rushing and had failed to score.

They traded the running back to Arizona and in his first game Peterson clocked up 134 yards and two touchdowns.

Tomorrow night he hopes to do the same at Twickenham against the LA Rams and new team-mate Larry FitzGerald is sure he’ll be a big hit.

FitzGerald said: “There’s just a look in his eyes. He brings an energy.”
