GOAL legend Jimmy Greaves has ordered Harry Kane to rewrite Tottenham history – by passing his club record 266 goals. Just 157 more to go, Harry!

TOTTENHAM legend Jimmy Greaves passed on a few goalscoring tips to Harry Kane – then ordered him to go and break his club record of 266 goals.

Greavsie met Kane on a trip to Spurs’ training ground to watch the first team prepare for the home game against Liverpool.

And the 77-year-old said: “I really enjoyed meeting Harry and wished him good luck in breaking my record.”

Kane said: “It was an honour to meet Jimmy. His goal record for club and country are certainly things I aspire to. It’s important we recognise the many great players in our history who have laid the foundations for what we’re trying to achieve today.”
