Thief’s crime wave at 365

A SHOPLIFTER has been convicted 365 times, including 213 for theft.

Recovering drug addict Carl Ascott, 44, was jailed for 29 weeks at Exeter crown court for knife possession and shoplifting.

Judge Erik Salomonsen told him the future “lies in your own hands.”
