Pak choi, or Chinese white cabbage, belongs to the same family of vegetables as kale, broccoli, cauliflowe­r, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, greens and turnips. 1 Pak choi is low in calories, high in fibre and contains no cholestero­l. 2 It is rich in potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, iron. 3 It also contains phosphorus, zinc, sodium, copper, manganese, selenium, niacin, folate, choline, beta-carotene and vitamin K.
