BACK WITH A BANG

Action drama Strike Back returns with a bang to Sky One next Tuesday.

In the new series Sgt Thomas “Mac” McAllister, played by Warren Brown, leads his SAS team to the desert to hunt terrorist Omair Idrisi and wife Jane (Katherine Kelly).

The team is ambushed and only Mac survives.

Warren, seen in ITV’s Liar, says: “We filmed the first episode in Jordan and had so many explosives left we just blew them up.

“It was utterly mental, but great!”
