Two-year-old Sebastian will hit, bite, slap and kick to get his parents’ attention – and he literally bangs his head against the wall (or the floor) in a rage.
“He’s made my nose bleed at least once,” says dad Paul. While mum Livia says: “They say terrible twos, but I’ve never seen anything like it.”
But it’s Sebastian who Kathryn feels sorry for, immediately clocking why he’s frustrated – he’s allowed zero freedom, often penned into a cot and told off.
“Imagine being that kid – he is trapped,” says Kathryn. But it’s a harsh truth for Paul and Livia and their learning journey will tug at the heartstrings.
