Trebles all round for Dad

ENGLAND Under-17s hero Rhian Brewster scored two match-winning hat-tricks following a challenge from his father.

The Liverpool striker (above) now has seven goals in five games – with trebles against Brazil and the USA.

Brewster’s dad Ian said: “Before he scored the goals in the quarterfinal against USA, I messaged him saying, ‘It’s about time you turned up to the party’, and added, ‘Big games require big players’. He answered me with a hat-trick.”

Ian, who watched the games from the USA, added: “He lives and breathes the game. But he’s so unassuming and doesn’t talk about his exploits after a match.”
