SHOUT FOR THE CONTE
Chelsea boss is furious over rift allegations, fuming ‘It’s all bull **** ’
ANTONIO CONTE blew his top at what he believes are attempts to drive a wedge between him and his players.
The fuming Chelsea boss lashed out following a string of recent claims about his future and the relationship with his squad. He was livid about suggestions that former Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti and Napoli chief Maurizio Sarri were being lined up to replace
him, that his stars were unhappy with his training and had been messaging former No.2 Steve Holland.
Conte said: “Around us there is a lot of bull **** .
“If I see the past it happened the same with a lot of managers.
“They try to create problems between me, the club and the players.”
Conte was especially angered that Holland (above), now Gareth Southgate’s No.2 with England, had been dragged into the situation.
He said: “This is a lack of respect. And it is not good that this person (Holland) has to send me a message, ‘I am sorry but this is not true’. If you want to hit me, hit me. This is incorrect and I hate this type of situation.”
