Garry Monk’s side had gone six games without a victory before coming away from the Royals with all three points on Saturday. And defender Fabio said: “Reading felt like a massive win for us.

“There is expectation from our fans, but we have some very experienced and ambitious players who can deal with that.

“We want to use the Reading win to go on a good run now.”
