Kate’s uncle to face court

THE Duchess of Cambridge’s uncle must appear at court over an alleged attack on his wife.

Gary Goldsmith, 52, the younger brother of Kate’s mum Carole, is charged with assaulting wife JulieAnn, 47, in the street after a charity auction.

Chief magistrate Emma Arbuthnot said Goldsmith, of Marylebone, Central London, must attend Westminster magistrates court on November 14 so the case will progress “one way or another”.
