Lewis failing to shine amid tech
I read with interest your article on Lewis Hamilton not being well-liked (October 31). I have followed F1 for 50 years. It was once exciting with drivers like Graham Hill, Jackie Stewart, Ayrton Senna and so on, but all the technology strangles it.
It’s not just about the driver any more, hence they are anonymous and suffer, like Hamilton. A new character like James Hunt would help. John Baldock, via Facebook
