Cowell back in boost for The X Factor
SIMON Cowell will return to tonight’s X Factor after recovering from fainting and falling downstairs.
He missed both live episodes last weekend and it is hoped his comeback will boost the ITV show’s disappointing ratings.
The music mogul, 58, got back to working with his groups on Thursday.
A source said: “He believes he has brilliant singers so wanted to get back to pass on his advice, experience and, in some cases, harsh criticism.”
This week Cowell said he collapsed due to low blood pressure and would be taking steps to treat it – especially for the sake of three-year-old son Eric.
He added: “Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible.”
