Hamilton ends pain
ANTHONY HAMILTON waited 26 years to win a title – and has played in agony for most of that.
Hamilton, of Nottingham lost the tag of best player never to win a ranking tournament at the German Masters in February.
But that was just one of the battles Hamilton, 46, has had to fight, as he has a crippling back condition.
World No.28 Hamilton, has now earned his place at this week’s Champion of Champions event in Coventry, where he plays Ding Junhui this afternoon.
