Saturn moon may have life
AN underground ocean on Saturn’s moon Enceladus could be a hotbed of life.
Scientists who analysed data from NASA’s probe Cassini believe the water has been kept liquid and warm by tides and hydrothermal activity.
Dr Gael Choblet, of Nantes University in France, said: “Future missions will tell us whether the required conditions have been sustained long enough for life to have emerged on this distant ocean world.”
