HANDS-ON ROMAN IN CONTROL
DUNDEE UNITED ARE EXPECTED TO APPOINT FORMER HEARTS BOSS CSABA LASZLO AS THEIR NEW MANAGER TODAY
OWNER Roman Abramovich is ready to increase his day-to-day involvement at Chelsea. The Russian billionaire (below) made a visit to the Blues’ training ground last week and is likely to be more hands-on following the departure of technical director Michael Emenalo. Chelsea may not directly replace Emenalo, which would give director and transfer fixer Marina Granovskaia more control. Abramovich and the club’s hierarchy have given Antonio Conte complete support over the decision to drop David Luiz, although the manager’s long-term future remains uncertain.
