Head of NHS England Simon Stevens has called on the Government to honour the Brexiteers’ promise of an extra £350million a week for the NHS. Is he right?

No. You could double NHS funding and it still wouldn’t be enough. It’s impossible to maintain so will always be a bone of contention. SIMON HARTLEY No. Yet another idea to throw good money after bad. The NHS needs to be completely overhauled. KSHINO Yes. The NHS should be first port of call for any money no longer part of our net contributi­on to the EU. LISA BYFORD Yes. A perfectly reasonable request. Boris and Gove made big noises about this last year, so it’s time to cough up the money. COSMO RANA-LOZZI Yes. Let’s just get on with Brexit so we can have more funds going towards our cashstrapp­ed health service.
