Half EU docs may now go

ALMOST half of NHS doctors from continental Europe are thinking of quitting because of Brexit.

And a BMA study found one in five already has solid plans to do leave.

BMA treasurer Andrew Dearden said it was “cause for real concern”.

But the Department of Health said 3,193 more EU nationals had joined the NHS since the Brexit vote.
