Argos joins Black Friday early frenzy
ARGOS is the latest store to start Black Friday deals early, with offers on more than 60,000 products.
The high-street chain is offering a Dyson V6 cordless vacuum for £229.99, down 51% from £469.99.
Other deals include a Hitachi 43in HD TV/DVD combi for £289.99, down from £329.99. Black Friday is on November 24.
Health store Holland and Barrett also joined the early frenzy, with half-price supplements among offers.
And Amazon is offering three months of its Music Unlimited service for 99p.
Analysts GlobalData predict Britons will spend a record £10.1billion on the deals, up 3.8% on last year.
Argos’s John Rogers said: “We’ve been preparing for the Black Friday period for many months now.”
