Broadband a drag for 73%
BROADBAND provision is not up to speed in 73% of towns, a watchdog claims.
Ashfield, Notts, gets the worst service with a 62% difference between actual and advertised speeds, according to Which? mag.
Also in the bottom 10 areas are Cambridge, Havant, Hants, and St Albans, Herts.
Which? spokesman Alex Neill said: “This gap raises questions on whether people across the country are really getting the service they are paying for.”
