Sweet on the toffs 11m watch Ant and Dec prove they are still camp favourites

- BY MARK JEFFERIES Showbiz Editor in Australia

MADE In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo has been an instant hit with I’m A Celebrity punters.

The reality TV star’s light-hearted approach to jungle life has made her the 7/2 second favourite to win with bookies Ladbrokes, behind Stanley at 11/4.

Comedian and presenter Iain Lee is thought to be heading to the camp as a late arrival and is being rated as a 16/1 outsider.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Both toffs, by name and nature, have been all the rage with punters since the opening episode. Stanley and Georgia have deservedly stormed to the top of the betting.” ANT and Dec’s TV comeback was a huge success for ITV as the duo landed critical acclaim and pulled in more than 11 million viewers.

Ant, 42, was praised for the way he dealt with his troubles on screen after doing rehab.

The show peaked at 11.3million and averaged 10.4million – which was only marginally down on last year’s figures. The numbers make I’m a Celebrity the highest audience rating on ITV so far this year, ahead of the 9.4million notched by Britain’s Got Talent.

ITV director of television Kevin Lygo said: “We are all thrilled with the return of I’m A Celebrity… Get LET ME OUT Amir Khan underground in the termites’ nest MITE-Y BRAVE Georgia Toffolo in termite nest Me Out of Here! Ant and Dec were, as ever, on top form and the show was full of fantastic moments.”

Celebrities and members of the public lined up to celebrate the return of Ant and Dec, who referred to Ant’s time in rehab this summer with several gags.

Former contestant Jake Quickenden said: “Ant and Dec are just incredible... absolute legends. Glad to see them back on the box and smashing it as always.”

Frankie Bridge said: “Just the way they’ve handled Ant being back… absolutely perfect.”

And Brian McFadden added: “Let’s be honest, it doesn’t matter who they put in the jungle as long as we have Ant and Dec!” AMIR Khan was forced to hand over his £100,000 Cartier watch to security officials, not realising he was not allowed to take it into the jungle.

The boxer, 30, seen in the opening episode admitting he had not watched the show, now has bosses looking after the diamond-encrusted piece.

A source said: “He was a bit bemused but campmates aren’t allowed to know the time so there was no chance he could keep it and he had to hand it over. He seemed a bit anxious as it was dripping in diamonds – but it will be there for him when he gets back.” It is tough at the top, unless you’re a toff it seems. Posh Stanley is a hit so far inside and outside camp. Helped win biscuits in the Dingo Dollar challenge. Expect him to enjoy tackling the challenges thrown at him. Corrie favourite cried over missing her son. Could find the going tough with three weeks to go. She’s had a quiet start to her jungle life. No need to make a song and dance about camping this early… He’s bonded with Amir as he used to watch him fight. No knockout performance from Jamie just yet, though… ITV thought she would be unhappy camping with Stan but the joke is on them as she’s taken it in her stride. Not exactly having a party, like her football-playing husband, however she is being open and chatty. Chance of winning hit by homophobic tweets made public. Career will be down tube if not careful. Got knocked out of the Bushtucker Trial by a snake. Ssssseriously disappointing start from the ex-champ.
