STEVE COTTERILL has lifted the lid on his heated exchange with Birmingham fans and would happily front up to FOUR THOUSAND of them. A group of fans hung around outside Craven Cottage demanding answers as Blues boarded the team bus after last weekend’s defeat by Fulham, which left them in the drop zone. Boss Cotterill (left), who took a small group to one side for a frank discussion, said: “I would have spoken to 4,000 of them if they had waited for the coach. “Some of the questions they asked I answered honestly. We are all disappointed after we lose, no-one more than me.”
