6 killed in train horror
AT least six people died when a train careered off a bridge at 80mph yesterday.
Carriages landed on cars on a motorway during morning rush-hour. Ambulances took 77 people to hospital. Four were said to be “critically ill”. The train crashed minutes after leaving Tacoma in Washington State on its inaugural run.
Days ago a mayor criticised safety, saying: “Come back when there’s that accident.” SCENE Emergency crews gather at the wreckage
