Hershey Snack attack

US chocolate giant Hershey could gobble up the owner of posh crisps firm Tyrrells for £1.2billion. Hershey is said to want to snap up Amplify Snack Brands, which bought Tyrrells for £300million last year. Tyrrells, founded on a Herefordshire farm in 2002, has seen revenues soar. Amplify is best known for its SkinnyPop popcorn brand in the US.
