Joshua will give Fury a tilt at title

- BY DAVID ANDERSON

ANTHONY JOSHUA says he will give Tyson Fury a shot at winning back his world heavyweight titles this summer.

Fury was cleared for a comeback after two years out, having accepted a backdated ban for failing a drugs test and dismissed WBA Super and IBF champ Joshua as a “carthorse”.

Joshua shrugged off the taunts and is prepared to face the ex-WBA, IBF and WBO title holder. “If he wants to get straight in the ring with me in the summer, let’s rock ‘n’ roll,” he said. “The ball is in his court.”

FORMER France halfback Frederic Michalak will retire at the end of the season. The 35-year-old (above) is France’s all-time leading scorer with 436 points from 77 caps. He won Six Nations’ Grand Slams in 2002, 2004 and 2010 and competed at three World Cups.
