Ramaphosa is new ANC boss
SOUTH Africa’s ruling ANC has selected Cyril Ramaphosa to succeed Jacob Zuma as its leader.
The Deputy President, 65, defeated former minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, President Zuma’s ex-wife, after a marathon voting process.
Mr Ramaphosa has promised to steer South Africa away from corruption scandals that have damaged the economy.
