Britain has had a tough year. From the terror attacks at Manchester Arena and in London to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the emergency services have been hard at work on the front lines.

This one-off show is a celebratio­n of the heroes behind the uniforms.

Which essentiall­y means we will see members of the emergency services showing off their other talents, whether it be singing, dancing or, in one instance, mind-boggling magic.

Hosted by Ashley Banjo and Diversity, they then neatly segue into a dance routine to the tune of Heroes.

Watch out for acrobatic firefighte­r Hayley Wray, and PC Paul Taylor, the copper who touched the hearts of the nation when he was spotted dancing with children at the Manchester One Love Concert.
