More pay misery ahead
Workers face another year of punishing pay squeezes, a report out today warns.
Wage rises are expected to continue to fall short of inflation for much of 2018, says the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
It said: “There is little evidence the squeeze on wages will end any time soon, though the national minimum wage will see some workers get an uplift.”
