FLINT ENDS PEP TALK

Bristol City v Reading Kick-off, 3pm BRISTOL CITY’S push for promotion will not be hit by their League Cup clash with Manchester City, says defender Aden Flint.

The Robins take on Pep Guardiola’s men in the semi-final next month and are also chasing a Premier League place.

Flint said: “The Man City games are huge but if we take our eyes off the ball in the league these next few weeks it could be costly.

“Our main aim is to get in the Premier League and we’re in a healthy place.”
