Pard-luck story: Evans could leave

WEST BROM boss Alan Pardew concedes the club could sell Jonny Evans next month.

Defender Evans, 29, is wanted by Manchester United, Manchester City and Everton, despite having a new contract offer of £100,000 a week from the Baggies. So far there is little encouragement from the Northern Ireland star, who has 18 months left on his current deal.

“It would be a blow,” said Pardew (left). “I lost Andy Carroll at Newcastle, after saying he wouldn’t leave, so won’t go down that road again.”
