I read the letter from the young woman of 27 who’s worried because hasn’t experienced sex yet (Monday, Nov 27).

I was 29 when I got married and my wife was 30, and neither of us was experienced at all. In fact, it took us until the third day after our wedding to do the deed, but what a laugh we had trying!

We were together for 54 years until she died five years ago at 84, and I still miss her. So, do not worry – when the right man comes along, you’ll know and you needn’t be ashamed of anything. Mr B, Grimsby
