Homes in UK up £28 a day
THE average house rose in value by £28 each day during 2017, say experts.
The UK residential property market is now worth £8.29trillion, up 3.5%, property website Zoopla found.
Homes in Scotland were up by 8.44% in the year to an average of £191,915.
The rise in England was 3.21% to hit £328,380 and in Wales 2.94% to stand at £185,378.
Zoopla’s Lawrence Hall said: “The year has been unpredictable with uncertainty surrounding Brexit.”
