False ‘abuse’ claim mum gets girl ban
A WOMAN who made false sex abuse allegations against her ex-partner has been barred from seeing her four-year-old daughter.
A High Court judge has ruled the girl was harmed by “persistent and unsubstantiated” claims she was molested by her father.
Ms Justice Russell said: “Not only was she repeatedly subjected to intimate examinations... she was prevented from having an uninhibited relationship with her father.”
The judge, who heard the case in London, said the family involved could not be identified.
Two years ago, another judge ruled the girl should live with her dad after abuse claims proved false.
It sparked a legal wrangle over what contact the mother should have.
