Quality of life a little less sweet

As I stagger into the new year through ankle-high Quality Street wrappers and boxes of biscuits enticingly open in every room, I’m intrigued to learn Britain’s first entirely unsweetened milk chocolate has gone on sale.

It’s apparently a “backlash” to the way manufacturers have been packing “all sorts of things with sugar”.

Including my entire body, looking at the state of it.
